Delete your data

You can ask Fitmess to delete your account and the personal information linked to your mobile number at any time.

How to ask

1. Send "Delete my data" on WhatsApp to +91 90702 80038, or email Fitmessbusiness@gmail.com from any address, including the mobile number you ordered with.
2. We confirm the request with you on that number.
3. Within 30 days we delete your account, saved addresses, WhatsApp chat history with us and your name and contact details on past orders.

What we keep

We keep the item list and amount of past orders without your name or contact details, because we need them for accounting and tax records.
